The location agreement does not apply to land, buildings, facilities, or operations leased or rented out by the Foundation.A fee is charged for commercial productions on Archipelago Foundation land. This fee covers administration, invoicing, and, when needed, maintaining the location, providing information to reserve visitors, and on-call staff. General guidelines Drone use requires a special permit from the County Administrative Board and must be approved before operation. The company is not entitled to restrict access to the site or remove Archipelago Foundation staff, tenants, leaseholders, or visitors. The company must keep roads accessible for emergency and work vehicles, such as fire services and construction machinery. Location fee The location fee is 10,000 SEK per day. The fee may vary depending on the scope of the production and specific conditions.
